You will enter an inclusive, safe space free of shame and judgment and be invited to share your story. I will guide you through a therapeutic process that can be challenging yet also brings relief and joy. I use a holistic, evidence-based approach—mindfulness, EMDR, Parts work, somatic awareness, and other proven practices—to support healing. Counseling can transform people from carrying heartache and trauma to living with greater freedom, intimacy, and wellbeing.
How to start the therapy process
1. Use the link below to set up a complimentary virtual 25 minute consultation.
2. In the consultation you get to share part of your story, ask me questions, and see if we are a good fit for each other.
3. If it feels like a good fit we will schedule your first session and you will receive some paperwork.
4. Then we will have your first session and create a plan for addressing your healing, and I will guide you along the way.

I provide compassionate support to heal unresolved pain and trauma so you can be more present, build healthier relationships, and live fully. This work enhances emotional well‑being, increases focus, and supports overall health while reducing unhealthy coping patterns. Through this process you’ll become stronger, more emotionally available, and more engaged in your life—for yourself, your family, and your community.

Extended EMDR session
Sometimes what is needed is an extended session to address traumatic events in your life. Longer sessions are available to meet the needs of the individual.
90-120 minutes | $200-280 |

In addition we can produce super bills for out- of network insurance plans.
